Our client is a leading IT company. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales or post-sales support to product/marketing team and channel partners for the potential business opportunities
- Conduct periodic solution training and technical updates to channel partners
- Act as a technical interface for channel partners and vendors from pre-sales to post-sales stages
- Perform value-added professional services (implementation, support, training, maintenance) when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or related Information Security topics
- At least two years’ support experience in IT industries
- Knowledge in Network or System or information security and POC
- Experience in Pre sales support is a plus
- Technical knowledge in products of Firewalls, Network IDS, DDos, Host-based IDS /OR IPS
- Analytical, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure
- Applicants with no pre-sales support experience will also be considered
