Job Description

• Monitor project timeline, schedule and quality.
• Gather business requirements and prepare specifications accordingly
• Carry out testing to ensure systems meet required specifications
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, IT or a related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in business analysis roles
• Good Knowledge in Workflow or Business Process of telecommunication industry and business process will be an advantage
• Knowledge in 
• Experience in CRM or Salesforce is a plus
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Candidates with higher qualification and experience would be considered as Senior Business Analyst
