Job Description

Our Client is listed company. Due to the rapid growth of the company, They are now looking for talented individuals to join Regional Management Team.


  • Establish and implement effective HR programs and processes are in line with business/function strategy & needs and local statutory requirements
  • Perform HR activities such as organization capability development, talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning for key positions, performance management, reward and recognition (include compensation & benefits), health and safety, internal and external relations such as universities/institutes, government statutory bodies
  • Involve in transformation projects to build required capabilities in line with business requirements
    Act as facilitator to change; induction of new people, facilitate change in people or organization in line with business strategy
  • Ensures good quality of people and succession planning through development actions and or external talent acquisition
  • Contribute to cultivate and foster a performance driven, consumer centric, and teamwork culture
  • Engage, advice and provide HR support and solutions to leaders/managers and employees on people related issues
  • Responsible for regional consolidation for key HR processes like Performance review, Salary review, Bonus, KPIs setting and realization, sales incentive scheme, ad-hoc HR reports, etc.
  • Ensures that all HR services provided to the business meet its requirements
  • Manages cost of all HR services provided to business within agreed budgets

Key skills:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/HRD /Business Management.
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in broad-based HR generalist function with regional Asia scope (at least 3 years), preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Some HR business partnering experience and skills set (at least 3 years) with some strategic HR thinking
  • Proactive, independent, results-driven, hands on, good with details, strong analytical skills, resourceful, flexible, team player, strong interpersonal & communication skills with people, resistance to constant changes and a business mindset
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
